Our Story
Born From a Passion for Beautiful Moments
About Us
Officially launched in May 2025 within Baltimore, Maryland, Elegant Events By LaTonya was born out of an unyielding passion for creative expression. We initially started out as a dedicated word-of-mouth event decorator, and as business evolved, we sharpened our skills and leaned into creating one-of-a-kind table setting masterpieces.
We intentionally propelled our boutique studio by acquiring advanced design knowledge, mastering modern styling methodologies, and securing unlimited access to premium global decor. Listening to feedback from clients, the community, and private events, there was an echoing of similar accolades — that's when it became evident that our next steps were in alignment with curating luxury, sophisticated table settings where every layer of soft lighting and beautiful detail is perfectly synchronized.
Today, we continue to specialize in transforming private estates and intimate venues into luxury, breathtaking visual realities.
"Every table tells a story. Every setting should feel intentional."
— LaTonya, Founder
Our Mission
To provide an unrivaled standard of luxury tablescape artistry, reserved for the most discerning hosts. By meticulously sculpting environments of modern luxury and heritage elegance, we transform the table into a private gallery where every element narrates an exclusive story of intention.
Our Vision
To be a premier luxury tablescape and custom intimate settings event styling brand known for creating sophisticated celebrations that feel personal, distinctive, and beautifully curated.
What Sets Us Apart
Unlike a traditional event rental company, we focus on designing an entire intimate experience. We create a personalized mock table experience — so you can view your vision in person, touch the samples, make changes, and elevate your selections before the main event. Every design is built around your occasion, personality, color palette, venue, guest count, desired atmosphere, and budget.
Personalized mock table experience before your event
Premium global decor with unlimited access
Curated signature collections and fully custom designs
Hands-on from concept to breakdown — you focus on the memories
Who We Serve
Our ideal client wants their event to feel special and elevated — but doesn't want to manage the design details themselves. They value beautiful presentation, convenience, quality, customization, and memorable experiences.
